Erica is also a Public Health professional with over twenty years of experience. She manages large-scale projects, as well as develops and implements effective behavioral health program models.
In 2021, Single Again? How to Live Satisfied Until ... was released and reached the #1 Best Seller status. This was her transition from academia and curriculum development to the literary world of Romance, Romantic Suspense, Paranormal, and Non-fiction/Self-help. She's since added Queen of Bahia, a standalone in a 9-book series, The Write Stuff, and The Marketing Stuff to her portfolio with more to come. This Chicago native and mother of two adult children loves international travel and live performances of the Arts.
Erica's personal approach to coaching is hands-on and motivational with a goal to inspire confidence and help clients achieve their writing goals. Nothing provides greater satisfaction than to help her clients develop and deliver their unique messages.
This influential professional has received awards that include the Peer Award from Chicago's Department of Public Health, recognition by the Chicago Police Department and the Chicago Central Chapter of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. for her community engagement efforts. The True Star Foundation acknowledged her commitment to Chicago's youth, and most recently, she received the Mayor's Certificate of Honor for extraordinary contributions in Behavioral Health, as well as a Mayoral recognition of contributions in Community Safety.
Erica is a member of the NK Tribe Called Success, comprised of New York Times, USA Today, and National Best Selling Authors, as well as a columnist for AWBC Magazine.
